Why I Don't Eat Faces The Neuroethical Argument for Vegetarianism eBook David Lane

I agree with the premise of this book.

Do not eat the faces of animals! Beaks and snouts are not very tasty.

Stick to regular cuts like rib-eye. A good burger also can't be beat. Even better if there is some bacon on it. Lots of cheese.

I prefer a nice red wine with steak, but burger's call for beer.

Foie Gras is very tasty too, if you haven't tried it. Really yummy duck. My understanding is that they are raised and killed with the utmost kindness.

Hope this helps!
